By accessing or using Mydelivo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Mydelivo is a peer-to-peer delivery platform that connects customers who need items delivered with independent drivers. We facilitate the connection and payment processing but do not directly provide delivery services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Driver accounts require admin approval before activation.
Customers set their own delivery prices. Payment is processed via Stripe when a driver claims a job. A platform commission is deducted from the delivery price before the remaining amount is credited to the driver. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Jobs operate on a "fastest-finger" model. Once claimed, the driver is expected to complete the delivery. If payment fails, the job may be automatically re-opened after a grace period. Customers may edit or cancel unclaimed (open) jobs.
Drivers must maintain valid identification, insurance, and vehicle documentation. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Mydelivo. Drivers are responsible for safe and timely delivery of items.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, accurate package descriptions, and a valid payment method. Customers must not ship prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items.
After a driver marks a delivery as complete, the customer has 10 minutes to confirm receipt. If no action is taken within this period, the delivery is automatically confirmed.
Mydelivo acts as a marketplace connecting customers and drivers. We are not liable for damages to items during delivery, delays, or disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated complaints. Suspended accounts may appeal through our contact form.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
