For Customers
After signing up and logging in, go to your dashboard and click "Post a Job." Fill in the pickup and drop-off addresses, package details, any special delivery instructions, and set your price. Once posted, nearby drivers will see your job and can claim it.
You set the price when posting a job. If no drivers pick up your job within 30 minutes, we'll send you a notification suggesting a price increase to attract more drivers.
Your card on file is only charged after a driver claims your job. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You won't be charged until a driver has committed to your delivery.
Once the driver marks the delivery as complete, you'll receive a notification. You can confirm or dispute the delivery from your "My Jobs" page. If you don't respond within the confirmation window, the delivery is automatically confirmed.
You can cancel an open job that hasn't been claimed yet. Once a driver has claimed your job, cancellation options depend on the delivery status. Visit your "My Jobs" page to see available actions.
Yes! Once a driver claims your job, an in-app chat becomes available on the job card. You can message the driver, request their location, and coordinate delivery details in real time.
For Drivers
Sign up and select the "Driver" role. Complete your profile by uploading a profile picture, providing your vehicle information, and submitting required documents (insurance card and driver's license). Once your documents are reviewed and approved by our team, you can start claiming jobs.
Mydelivo uses a fastest-finger system. When a customer posts a job, it appears on the open jobs board. The first approved driver to accept gets the job. Move fast!
You'll need to upload your auto insurance card and driver's license (front and back). You also need a profile picture and complete vehicle information. These are reviewed during the approval process.
Driver payouts are processed via bank transfer. Set up your bank account details in your profile under "Payout Account Information." Your earnings are credited after each completed and confirmed delivery, minus the platform commission.
For security reasons, certain fields like your profile picture and vehicle details are locked after first entry. If you need to make changes, contact an admin through the app and they can update your information. Note that edits may trigger a re-approval process.
Mydelivo has a list of prohibited items including hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, and more. You can review the full list on the Prohibited Items page accessible from your dashboard. You must confirm no prohibited items are present at pickup.
Payments & Security
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment platform. We never store your full card details on our servers. Your financial information is encrypted and handled securely.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Mydelivo charges a commission on each completed delivery. The commission rate is set by the platform and is deducted from the job price before the driver receives their payout.
If a payment fails when a driver claims your job, the job is returned to the open board so other drivers can claim it. You'll be notified to update your payment method. No delivery proceeds until payment is successfully processed.

Both customers and drivers can file a report on active jobs from the "My Jobs" page using the "Report Issue" button. Reports are reviewed by our compliance and security team, and you may be contacted for follow-up.
You can reach us through the Contact Us page on the website. Logged-in customers and drivers also have a "Contact Admin" option in their dashboard to send messages directly to our support team.
Yes. After signing up, you'll receive a verification email. You must verify your email address before you can log in. If you didn't receive the email, you can request a new one from the login page.
